Why the name 'Hello Sun'?
As a group of psychologists we are focused on recovery and growth. Hello Sun is a metaphor for the time when people have space to be more mindfully aware of their environment after coming through a period of challenge.
“Oh, Hello Sun, there you are”.
It represents developing a more optimistic perspective and being able to be present in the here and now. As a team focused on the mind and body, we also value physical movement and activity, often in the outdoors and enjoying our environment. It also speaks to our founders' roots in the Sunshine State.

At Hello Sun Psychology, we understand that mental and physical wellbeing are deeply connected. Our new Exercise Science Support Sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, improve energy and motivation, and explore movement that feels right for you—no gym pressure, just compassionate, evidence-based support.
Whether you're recovering from burnout, managing anxiety, rebuilding confidence after injury, or just looking to move more mindfully, these sessions can be a meaningful step in your wellness journey.
Led by our qualified Exercise Scientist, these sessions are tailored to your individual needs and can complement psychology appointments or be accessed on their own. Based in person in Tarragindi, Brisbane.
